  • Large, slightly ripe tomatoes, chopped4 unit(s)
  • kg of cassava (cassava) cooked and crushed in a blender with a little of the cooking water1 unit(s)
  • 1 glass of coconut milk (200 ml)1 unit(s)
  • Pepper sauce1 unit(s)
  • minced green smell1 unit(s)
  • bunch of chopped coriander1 unit(s)
  • 1.5 kg of medium red prawns, pre-cooked, seasoned with salt, black pepper and lemon and sautéed in olive oil1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste0 to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon1 unit(s)
  1. 1* Heat the palm oil and sauté the peppers and onion. 2* Add the tomato and mix. 3* Add the manioc cream, mix and let it boil. 4*Add coconut milk, pepper sauce to taste and herbs and let it steep for 10 minutes. 5* Add the prawns, adjust the salt and drizzle with the lemon juice. 6* Cook for another 5 minutes and then serve with white rice.
