  • Onion3 unit(s)
  • Salt50 g
  • Pepper50 g
  • Oil300 ml
  • Palm oil300 ml
  • Vatapá4 cup
  1. Put the whole beans in a blender and blend for a few seconds to break up the beans.
  2. Then put the beans in a bowl and cover with water. Leave to soak for 8 hours.
  3. Now stir the beans with a spoon in a sieve and remove all the husks that come off the beans
  4. Peel the onions, take the beans and place these two in the blender, beating until a paste forms. Then remove the paste and put it in the pan, putting oil, palm oil and let it cook in the pan.
  5. After cooking, take the resulting dough and shape it into cupcake shapes.
  6. Place the dumplings dipped in oil and fry for 5 minutes. Then remove the dumplings and your acarajé is ready (without stuffing).
