First, soak the meats for 24 hours or more, and change the water a few times.
Secondly, cook the meat with a little water, salt and olive oil. Then add the bay leaves, chopped onion, sausage, black beans, coriander and pepper. Let it cook on medium heat for 20 to 30 minutes and it will be ready.
