- Sour cream50 ml
- Cook the potato with just water.
- Cook the fish, placing it in a covered pan with water and salt for 20 minutes.
- Then put the mashed potato, the milk, the cream and the fish cut and cooked in a blender.
- Then put the beaten substance in a pan to heat, stir and add the pepper, parsley and a little salt. Cooking for another 20 minutes over medium heat.
- Then place the puree made on a plate, garnishing with coriander and a little pepper. Now just serve.
