Ingredients

  • Milk | 3 l
  • vinegar | 200 ml
  • Chimichurry | 2 tablespoon
  • salt |  to taste
  • butter | 2 tablespoon
  • crushed garlic | 2 unit(s)

Recipe

  1. Boil the milk and add a glass of vinegar
  2. Wait for it to curdle, drain the whey with a fine sieve
