  • Onion to taste
  • Garlic3 unit(s)
  • Oil3 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  1. Cut the jiló in half and set aside
  2. Chop the onion into cubes and set aside
  3. Crush the garlic and set aside
  4. In a pan add the hair and then sauté the onion and garlic.
  5. Add the eggplant and mix well for 2 minutes
  6. Then add water until the eggplant is covered, add salt and let it cook.
  7. Chop some onions into slices and take it to the jiló for the kitchen.
  8. When cooked and just serve
