Ingredients
- okra | 1 kg
- vinegar | 2 tablespoon
- olive oil | 3 tablespoon
- tomatoes | 4 unit(s)
- onion | 1 unit(s)
- salt | 1 to taste
- Black pepper | 1 unit(s)
Recipe
- Cut the okra into slices.
- Place in a pan with the tomatoes, onions, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.
- Place over medium heat and stir. Leave the pan covered and cook, stirring occasionally.
- Bring to a boil, so the okra drool disappears. (Tip put a little lemon to take the nanny away)
