  • Turnips0 to taste
  • Green Smell0 to taste
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Salt and Seasoning0 to taste
  1. Put a pot of water on the fire and bring it to a boil.
  2. When the water boils, put the carrots cut into strips and let it pre-cook.
  3. When the carrots are al dente, set and dry well.
  4. In a frying pan, put the oil and let it heat up, when the oil is hot, put the carrots and the turnips.
  5. After putting the salt, seasoning and the green smell, leave it on the fire for another 3 minutes and you can serve (if you want to add more seasonings, it's up to you)
