- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Separate the spinach leaves and wash them under running water. Reserve.
- Add olive oil to a pan and, after heating, also add the garlic to sauté it (the amount of garlic varies with your taste).
- After sautéing the garlic, being careful not to burn it, add the spinach.
- Mix spinach with garlic and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Leave the spinach in the pan until it wilts completely, remembering to stir so it wilts completely!
- And that's it 😉 then just serve as a side dish on your plate!
