  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Salt, black pepper and chopped parsley1 to taste
  • Water for cooking1 cup
  1. I started by peeling the chayote and cutting it into small pieces. And I booked
  2. Now in a pan put the oil and the chopped garlic and let it sauté.
  3. Then I put the chopped chayote and let it fry a little. Add salt, black pepper and chopped parsley.
  4. I mixed everything, put a little water and let the chayote cook until soft.
