  • Bread Yeast20 g
  • Yogurt100 g
  • Milk150 ml
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Cheese150 g
  • Sugar1 tablespoon
  • Parsley3 unit(s)
  • Butter to taste
  • Salt to taste
  1. Pour the sifted flour into a bowl, add the bread yeast, sugar, salt, milk and yogurt.
  2. Close the bag and place it in a pan of warm water with a temperature of 50°, leave for 20 minutes.
  3. Grease the shape (26 cm in diameter) with oil and place the dough with your hands, press the dough and spread it all over the shape, spread with melted butter.
  4. Cut the sausages and cheese into pieces and place them in the dough. Beat 1 egg and pour the pie with it. Bake for 40 minutes.
