Green Smell to taste
Oil2 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Water1 cup

Cut the sausages into slices, put them to cook, then drain the water well and set aside.
In a pan, heat the oil and put the garlic and onion to fry, then add the sausage and let it fry together.
Add the peppers and tomatoes, let them cool. Add the tomato sauce, salt, add a little water and let it boil until the broth is thick, finish with the green smell.
