Tuscan sausage

Comecei descascando as batatas e cortando em pedaços pequenos. 

I started by peeling the potatoes and cutting them into small pieces.

Agora em uma assadeira coloquei as linguiça . 

Temperei as batatas  com pimenta do reino e orégano.  Misture bem 

I seasoned the potatoes with black pepper and oregano. Mix well

Depois coloquei elas na forma junto com as linguiça coloquei azeite or cima  e levei para assar em forno 180 graus e deixei por uns 45 minutos 

Then I put them in the mold along with the sausages, I put olive oil on top and baked in an oven at 180 degrees and left it for about 45 minutes.
