Sausage with Potatoes

Cozinhei as batatas inteiras com água e sal por 20 minutos. Escorri toda a água e reservei.
Numa frigideira acrescentei azeite,as linguiças em rodelas, deixei dourar dos dois lados.

I cooked the whole potatoes with water and salt for 20 minutes. Drain all the water and reserve.
In a skillet I added olive oil, the sausages in slices, I let them brown on both sides.

Dei uma leve amassada nas batatas e juntei com as linguiças, adicionei o alho quando já tava douradinho juntei a cebola, temperei com a pimenta do reino e um pouco mais de sal.
Desliguei o fogo e adicionei o cheiro verde e as pimentas.

I slightly mashed the potatoes and added them to the sausages, added the garlic when it was already golden, added the onion, seasoned with black pepper and a little more salt.
I turned off the fire and added the green smell and peppers.

É fácil, rápido, uma delícia com arroz ou uma farofinha.

It's easy, fast, delicious with rice or farofinha.
