Potato (large)4 unit(s)
Mozzarella cheese200 g
Chopped tomato2 unit(s)
Oregano to taste
Salt to taste
Olive oil to taste

Cook the potatoes already cut into thick slices in water and salt. Reserve
On a platter or roast, place the potatoes, sausages on top.
Make a cut in each sausage to open, cover with the mozzarella and chopped tomatoes.
Sprinkle the oregano over all the ingredients and drizzle with a little olive oil.
Place in a preheated oven to bake until the sausages are browned.
