- Mozzarella cheese200 g
- Chopped tomato2 unit(s)
- Oregano to taste
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Cook the potatoes already cut into thick slices in water and salt. Reserve
- On a platter or roast, place the potatoes, sausages on top.
- Make a cut in each sausage to open, cover with the mozzarella and chopped tomatoes.
- Sprinkle the oregano over all the ingredients and drizzle with a little olive oil.
- Place in a preheated oven to bake until the sausages are browned.
- Serve with salad and rice. Optional add other vegetables such as carrots, green beans, broccoli, ... Enjoy your food!
