Comece colocando a linguiça para ferver.
Enquanto isso, corte as batatas em pedaço não muito grandes.
Agora em um recipiente faça o molho que é com a maionese e todos os temperos a gosto, eu coloquei meia colherzinha de chá de cada tempero, acrescente o alho já amassado, o suco de um limão e o queijo ralado.
Mexa bem.
Escorra bem a água da linguiça.
Agora junte todo o molho na linguiça e nas batatas.
Misture bem e tampe. Leve para geladeira por meia hora.

Após o tempo de descanso na geladeira vamos colocar para assar.
Em uma forma untada com maionese você coloca as linguiças e batatas intercalando. 
Cubra com papel alumínio e leve ao forno por 30 mim.
Retire o papel e deixe no forno por mais uns 20min ou até dourar bem e as batatas ficarem molinhas .
