- Wash the sausages well, cut into slices and bring to a boil.
- In a pan heat the butter and fry the garlic, put the sausage to fry together. Then add the pepper and onion and sauté well.
- Then add the tomato sauce, salt, corn and water and bring to a boil.
- When the broth is thick enough, it's ready.
