- Japanese Cucumber1 unit(s)
- Carrot1 unit(s)
- Cooked sausages10 unit(s)
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Coriander to taste
- Olive oil4 tablespoon
- Vinegar250 ml
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- Cut the carrot into small slices and boil for 3 minutes. Drain and wash with ice water. Place in a bowl.
- Cut the cucumber into small slices and add to the same bowl.
- Chop the onion and coriander. Put it in the bowl.
- Cook the sausages well. Cut into larger rounds. Put it in the bowl.
- Add the oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Pinch well.
- Let it rest in the fridge overnight.
- Vinegar acts as a preservative. In the fridge it lasts up to 1 month.
