- Tomato sauce3 unit(s)
- Seasoning (your preference)1 to taste
- Garlic1/2 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Tomatoes without seeds, chopped4 unit(s)
- In a pan put a thread of oil, garlic and onion stir until saute .
- Then add tomato, sausage cut into slices.
- Add the tomato sauce, chopped potatoes, seasoning and salt to taste, let it cook until the potatoes are soft.
- Once cooked, remove from the heat and serve.
