Ready Sauce

Comecei colocando as salsichas para cozinhar com água.  Depois e só tirar e reserva .

I started by putting the sausages to cook with water. Then just take it out and reserve it.

Agora na panela coloquei o óleo e o alho picado. Deixei fritar por uns minutos e coloquei o molho.  

Now in the pan put the oil and the chopped garlic. I let it cook for a few minutes and then added the sauce.

Coloquei o orégano e a pimenta do reino e deixe ferver esse molho. 

I put the oregano and black pepper and let this sauce boil.

Depois coloquei a salsicha e mexi bem e desliguei. 

Then I added the sausage and mixed it well and turned it off.
