  • Thin sausage1 unit(s)
  • Small Onion1 unit(s)
  • Boiled Eggs1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Margarine1 tablespoon
  • Coriander to taste
  • Seasonings: Edu Guedes / Coloral / Black Pepper / Smoked Paprika to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic2 unit(s)
  1. In a pan, put the oil, sauté the garlic and onion then add the thin sausage and let it bake.
  2. After the sausage is baked, add the margarine, seasonings and the chopped boiled eggs. Add the flour, stir and it's ready.
  3. Finish with coriander.
