- Boiled Eggs1 unit(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Coriander to taste
- Seasonings: Edu Guedes / Coloral / Black Pepper / Smoked Paprika to taste
- Salt to taste
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- In a pan, put the oil, sauté the garlic and onion then add the thin sausage and let it bake.
- After the sausage is baked, add the margarine, seasonings and the chopped boiled eggs. Add the flour, stir and it's ready.
- Finish with coriander.
