  • Small Onion | 1 unit(s)
  • Boiled Eggs | 1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil |  to taste
  • Margarine | 1 tablespoon
  • Coriander |  to taste
  • Seasonings: Edu Guedes / Coloral / Black Pepper / Smoked Paprika |  to taste
  • Salt |  to taste
  • Garlic | 2 unit(s)


  1. In a pan, put the oil, sauté the garlic and onion then add the thin sausage and let it bake.
  2. After the sausage is baked, add the margarine, seasonings and the chopped boiled eggs. Add the flour, stir and it's ready.
  3. Finish with coriander.
