- Oregano to taste
- Sauté the garlic and onion with two tablespoons of the oil, then add the bell pepper and pepper and saute until wilted.
- Add the tomato extract, half a cup of water and the sardines to the sautéed, let it boil for 5 minutes.
- After sautéing, hit everything in the blender, return the sauce to the pan, adjust the salt and let it thicken.
- When it is very thick, turn off the fire and add the rest of the oil and the oregano to taste.
