- Water300 ml
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Sweet paprika1 coffee spoon
- Dehydrated Parsley1 teaspoon
- Grated Parmesan Cheese1 tablespoon
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Chamychurri1 tablespoon
- Garlic Powder1 tablespoon
- Black pepper to taste
- Wash the potatoes and cut into 4 equal parts.
- In the pan, put the water and salt, the potatoes and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until they are al dente.
- Then drain and rinse under running water to stop the cooking.
- After draining all the water, season the potatoes with the paprika, the chamychurri, the black pepper, the garlic powder, the olive oil, the parsley, and the Parmesan cheese.
- Mix everything together and bake in the air freyr for approximately 15 minutes until crispy on the outside.
