Large Potatoes cut into 43 unit(s)
Mustard1 tablespoon
Mayonnaise1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Vegetable broth (sachet)1 unit(s)

In a vase, put the already cut and washed potatoes and all the other ingredients. Mixing well.
In a pan, put a thread of oil and put the already seasoned scrubs.
Lightly brown the potatoes.
Cover these potatoes with water and cover the pan until the water is completely dry.
After the water dries up, stir until the potatoes are baggy and golden.
Serve next. They look divine!
