- Sour cream150 ml
- Mozzarella cheese150 g
- Cut the potato into petals, season with salt and lemon pepper, drizzle with a generous drizzle of olive oil and bake in an air fryer heated to 200 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.
- In a pan, brown the garlic in the butter, add the cream and the chopped cheese and mix over low heat until the cheese is completely melted. Taste and, if necessary, adjust the salt.
- Pour the sauce over the potatoes and finish with parsley.
