Rustic Potato in the Airfryer

Lave bem as batatas. Pique elas no formato de batata rústica, ou seja, um pouco mais grossas do que a batata frita convencional. Você pode fazer elas com casca ou sem casca.

Wash the potatoes well. Chop them in the shape of a rustic potato, that is, a little thicker than conventional potato chips. You can make them with shell or without shell.

Coloque a batata já picada em uma vasilha. Adicione o óleo para que ela não fique seca e os temperos tenham melhor aderência.

Place the chopped potato in a bowl. Add the oil so it doesn't get dry and the seasonings have a better grip.

Coloque os temperos de sua preferência. Eu gosto de usar sal, coloral e orégano ou cebolinha. Também uso as vezes aqueles temperos já prontos em sachês. Misture bem as batatas com o óleo e temperos.

Add your favorite seasonings. I like to use salt, coloral and oregano or chives. I also sometimes use those seasonings already ready in sachets. Mix the potatoes well with the oil and seasonings.

Coloque as batatas na Airfryer por 30 minutos, mexendo a cada 10 minutos para que fritem por igual.

Place the potatoes in the Airfryer for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes so they cook evenly.
