- Seasonings to taste
- Wash the potatoes well. Chop them in the shape of a rustic potato, that is, a little thicker than conventional potato chips. You can make them with shell or without shell.
- Place the chopped potato in a bowl. Add the oil so it doesn't get dry and the seasonings have a better grip.
- Add your favorite seasonings. I like to use salt, coloral and oregano or chives. I also sometimes use those seasonings already ready in sachets. Mix the potatoes well with the oil and seasonings.
- Place the potatoes in the Airfryer for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes so they cook evenly.
- Your potatoes are ready, tasty and crispy!
