- Potatoes | 5 unit(s)
- Olive oil | 1 tablespoon
- Salt | to taste
- Chimichurri | to taste
- Oregano | to taste
- Mix of sweet and smoked or spicy paprika | to taste
- First I start by peeling them and cut them in half moon shapes, (they can be made with the shell which would be right, but as I don't like it so I remove the shell). There's your choice.
- Put the potatoes to cook with water for 15 minutes, and then drain and reserve them until they cool a little, meanwhile preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes and season them with the seasonings and olive oil, then mix well for the seasoning to take hold. on all potatoes.
- Then just put them in the air fryer for 20 min and halfway through the time, turn them over to brown completely.
And it's ready to taste!
Perfect to accompany with roasted chicken drumsticks or any other dish you prefer.
