medium potatoes3 unit(s)
Olive oil1 tablespoon
Salt1/2 tablespoon
Smoked paprika1/2 tablespoon
Rosemary1 tablespoon
Peeled Garlic Clove6 unit(s)

Before starting, wash the potatoes well.
Cut the potatoes into the size and shape you want.
Transfer the potatoes to a baking sheet and spread them out.
Drizzle the oil over the potatoes
Sprinkle salt on top, smoked paprika and rosemary
Mix everything very well. Then spread the potatoes all over the baking sheet.
Spread the garlic cloves over the potatoes
Then bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for about 30 minutes or until golden.
Every 10 minutes, open the oven and move the baking sheet a little so that the potatoes move and cook evenly.
