Grated Mozzarella200 g
Basil1 to taste

Salt and Pepper1 to taste

Place the unpeeled onion and tomatoes on the grill to roast for 20 min.
Mince garlic and slices. In a pan put oil and garlic. And leave it on the grill until the eye is golden.
Assembling the sauce. In a bowl, place the tomatoes, the peeled and chopped onion, parsley and chives, salt and pepper. And mash the tomatoes with a spoon and stir.
Place a layer of the oil and garlic that were left in the pan on the bread, then the sauce and grated mozzarella and the basil leaves.
Take it to the barbecue for 10 minutes indirect fire and cover with a roast for the cheese to melt. And let's eat this delight!
