- Grated Parmesan2/3 cup
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Salt0 to taste
- Black pepper1/2 teaspoon
- Chopped Ham200 g
- Shredded Mozzarella200 g
- Olive oil0 to taste
- Wash the potatoes remove the peel and pass on the grater.
- Lay a clean dish towel over a bowl, place the grated potatoes, one end of the cloth forming a small bundle and press it turning to remove all the liquid from the potato.
- Open the dish towel, season the potatoes with salt and pepper and grated parmesan.
- Take a 30cm frying pan to the fire, drizzle the oil and turn the frying pan so that it is all greased - keep the frying pan on the fire.
- Put half the potatoes in the stuffing and cover with the rest of the potatoes and leave it in the low fire until golden - and turn and let it gold on the other side.
- Serve warm with a salad.
