Recipe
- Pass the zucchini in the mandolin, bring to a boil for 5 minutes. Just enough to roll easily.
- Cut the bacon and pepperoni into sticks, sauté the tomato sauce as you prefer.
- On a board place two slices of zucchini, one next to the other, put the bacon and pepperoni and roll up. Place in a refractory that can go in the oven. After rolling them all, cover with tomato sauce and grated cheese. Place in the oven for approximately 30 minutes.
