- Coarsely chopped ripe tomatoes1 kg
- Large onion, coarsely chopped1 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove8 unit(s)
- Fresh Basil Leaves to taste
- Sea salt to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Mix all the ingredients in a baking dish and place in a preheated oven at 200ÂșC to bake for about 30-40min.
- Remove the sauce from the oven and blend in a blender until smooth. Pass through a sieve if you prefer.
