Potatoes600 g
salt1/4 teaspoon
oregano1/2 teaspoon
lemon juice1/2 unit(s)
considerable pinch of black pepper1 unit(s)
Olive oil2 tablespoon
minced garlic cloves2 unit(s)

Pre heat the oven.
Wash the potatoes and cut them in half (make small cuts in them but not too deep).
Mix remaining ingredients. Then put the potatoes and mix into the mixture.
Take it to the oven in a greased shape and leave it for 25 minutes, after this time remove them and turn them to bake the other side, put it back in the oven and leave it for another 5 to 7 minutes until they are golden and crispy.
