Roasted Pumpkin with Molasses

- Cabotia squash | 1/2 unit(s)
- Honey or molasses | to taste
- Olive oil | to taste
- Salt | to taste
- Black pepper | to taste
- Rosemary | to taste
- Sanitize the pumpkin very well, as you will use it with the skin.
Then cut into medium to thin slices.
Season with salt, black pepper, rosemary and olive oil.
String the honey or molasses over the pumpkin slices.
Bake in preheated oven until golden.
Then just taste this delight.
