  • Onion2 unit(s)
  • Coriander (moe)1 unit(s)
  • Garlic (cloves)4 unit(s)
  • Extract1/2 cup
  • Dye2 tablespoon
  • Chicken Knor2 unit(s)
  • Olive oil1/2 cup
  1. Place the tomato, onion, coriander, food coloring and garlic in a blender and blend for 3 minutes.
  2. Wash and treat the drumsticks
  3. Place in a pan over low heat and add the beaten seasoning on top, the knor and the extract.
  4. Let it boil for 10 minutes and turn off
  5. Grease a refractory with olive oil and place the drumsticks
  6. Pour olive oil over the drumsticks and bake in a preheated oven at 200° for 20 minutes until golden.
