  • Seasonings to taste
  1. Start by placing the cauliflower upside down in a pan with boiling water and salt for 5 minutes (closed pan). Remove and transfer to a baking sheet. Make small cuts with the help of an aca, being careful not to break the cauliflower.
  2. In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil, a teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon of smoked paprika and 1 teaspoon of pepperoni. Brush all over the cauliflower, trying to also put in the openings you made with the knife.
  3. Bake (200°) for 30 minutes.
