- Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Basil1 unit(s)
- Parsley1/2 unit(s)
- Miso1/2 tablespoon
- Olive oil1/4 cup
- Raw, unsalted cashews1/4 cup
- Lemon juice1/2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Cut the broccoli into florets, drizzle with olive oil and bake in the oven for 15 minutes until tender and lightly golden. Reserve.
- Remove the germ from the inside of the garlic and cut it into smaller pieces.
- In a blender add the roasted broccoli, garlic and other ingredients. Whisk until you get a chunky sauce.
- Serve as a pasta sauce, potato salad, tapioca filling...
