  3. Then grease a refractory with oil and distribute a generous layer of the dough, spread the curd and place the mozzarella on top of the curd, slices or grated, whatever you have on hand, place the rest of the dough on top gently with a spatula, in then with the help of a brush, pass water or oil over the dough and bake in a moderate oven for about 40 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve with white rice, salads...
