- Rice1 cup

- Dry white wine1 cup
- Bacon broth1 unit(s)
- Water4 cup
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Parsley to taste
- Salt to taste
- In a pan, place the bacon (if you want, add a drizzle of oil), fry until golden. Remove the bacon and set aside.
- In a second pot, boil the water and dissolve the stock cube you chose. Reserve.
- In a third, heavy-bottomed pan, heat 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the onion and sauté until it becomes translucent. Add the fried bacon and arborio rice. Fry quickly, lower the heat and stir constantly. Then add the white wine and let it evaporate. Keep stirring. Gradually add the reserved bacon stock, stirring constantly. When the broth is finished, check that the rice is al dente. If not, add a little boiling water until it comes to a boil. Once the rice is cooked, add the cream to give the risotto point. Turn off the heat, add the remaining butter, taste and adjust the salt. Serve immediately, garnishing with the reserved bacon and chopped parsley. If you prefer, you can add Parmesan cheese and sun-dried tomatoes. It tastes good.
