- Ricotta150 g
- Breadcrumbs100 g

- grated cheese50 g
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Smoked paprika to taste
- Parsley to taste
- In a bowl, break up the ricotta and add the breadcrumbs, cheese and seasonings.
- Add 1 egg to the dry mix and check that when trying to make balls, the dough is not falling apart. If it is not yet ready to roll, add a little water, OR 1 more egg.
- Finish with a little parsley and roll up to the size you prefer.
- Suggestion: Use them in a red sauce as an accompaniment to a delicious spaghetti (like the one in the photo).
