  • Breadcrumbs100 g
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • grated cheese50 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Smoked paprika to taste
  • Parsley to taste
  1. In a bowl, break up the ricotta and add the breadcrumbs, cheese and seasonings.
  2. Add 1 egg to the dry mix and check that when trying to make balls, the dough is not falling apart. If it is not yet ready to roll, add a little water, OR 1 more egg.
  3. Finish with a little parsley and roll up to the size you prefer.
  4. Suggestion: Use them in a red sauce as an accompaniment to a delicious spaghetti (like the one in the photo).
