In a hot skillet, sauté the garlic with a little butter.
When the garlic is golden, add the eggs and fry.
Put the rest of the butter and when it melts add the flour. Stir a lot.
Add the olives and raisins. Taste the salt.
Turn off the heat and add the chopped chives.
Note: I use fine yellow manioc flour or copioba.
