Chicken breast1 unit(s)
smoked sausage, sliced1 cup
Large onion1 unit(s)
Chopped Pepper1 unit(s)
Minced Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
White rice2 cup
Chicken broth3 cup
Oil2 tablespoon
Soy sauce2 tablespoon

Remove the chicken breast and cook until it is very soft at the point of easy crushing. And reserve the chicken and broth.
In a pan Add sausage, onion, peppers, garlic and put the oil.
As soon as the sausage is lightly fried, add the rice, chicken broth and soy sauce.
Lower the heat and cook for 20 minutes or until the rice is tender.
