Rice with pepperoni and mushrooms

Cozinhe o arroz com os temperos de preferência. 

Cook the rice with your favorite seasonings.

Corte o bacon e a calabresa em cubos pequenos. Corte o alho e o cogumelo em lâminas. 

Cut the bacon and pepperoni into small cubes. Cut the garlic and mushroom into slices.

Adicione a margarina em uma frigideira grande e doure os cogumelos, reserve. Na mesma panela adicione o alho até dourar, reserve. Adicione o bacon e a calabresa até que estejam fritos, adicione a páprica. (Caso necessário adicione mais margarina)

Add the margarine to a large skillet and brown the mushrooms, set aside. In the same pan, add the garlic until golden, set aside. Add the bacon and pepperoni until they are fried, add the paprika. (Add more margarine if necessary)

Misture o alho com o bacon e a calabresa.

Mix the garlic with the bacon and pepperoni.

Em um recipiente ou panela grande adicione metade do arroz e metade da mistura frita, misture bem. Acrescente aos poucos o restante do arroz e da mistura frita até que tudo esteja misturado de forma homogênea.

In a large bowl or pan add half of the rice and half of the fried mixture, mix well. Gradually add the rest of the rice and the fried mixture until everything is evenly mixed.

Coloque a mistura em um refratário ou panela, (aonde irá servir) e acrescente os cogumelos por cima, juntamente com salsinha e cebolinha à gosto.

Place the mixture in a refractory or pan, (where it will serve) and add the mushrooms on top, along with parsley and chives to taste.

Sirva! Sugestão: acompanhamento para frango e peixe.

Serve! Suggestion: accompaniment to chicken and fish.
