- Rice2 cup
- Lentil1 cup
- Water4 cup
- Salt to taste
- Cumin to taste
- White pepper to taste
- Onion2 unit(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- Start by soaking your lentils for 4 hours
- After 4 pm In a pan, saute 1 onion cut into cubes in olive oil until it becomes transparent
- Add the rice to the lentils and sauté well
- Add the water and season with salt, white pepper and cumin and let the rice cook normally.
- Once cooked, turn off and cover with a napkin.
- Cut 1 onion into petals and fry in oil under immersion and serve on top of rice
