- Rice2 cup
- Lentil2 cup
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Olive oil4 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Soak the lentils overnight to make cooking easier.
- Drain the water and cook the lentils for five minutes in the pressure cooker, drain the water and set aside
- In a pan add half an onion chopped as you prefer, along with two tablespoons of olive oil. Let it brown and then add the lentils. Add two cups of water, salt to taste and let it cook. After drying the water cover the pan and let the cooking finish for about 5 more minutes. Reserve
- In another pan add two spoons of olive oil, the other half of the chopped onion to taste. Let it brown and add the rice. Add 4 cups of water, salt to taste and let it cook until the water "dries". Finally, cover the pan and let it finish cooking (about 5 minutes). Reserve
- In a bowl add the preparation made with the lentils and rice. Mix well and our rice with lentils is ready. Easy to make and delicious
