Rice With Lentil

Em uma panela vom água e sal, cozinhar a lentilha ao dente.
Em uma outra panela grande colocar o bacon para dourar, o alho cortado em fatias e a cebola cortada em cubos para dourar também.

In a pan with water and salt, cook the lentil al dente.
In another large pan put the bacon to brown, the garlic cut into slices and the onion cut into cubes to brown too.

Colocar a  lentilha para temperar, sal e os temperos e misture bem. Adicionar o arroz e misture. E por último colocar o cheiro Verde. Misture e sevir.


Put the lentil to season, salt and spices and mix well. Add the rice and mix. And lastly put the Green smell. Mix and serve.
