- Lentil1 cup
- Bacon and sausage1 unit(s)
- Onion and garlic1 unit(s)
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Girl Finger Pepper to taste
- Hot water2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Wash the lentils well and cook until al dente, set aside. In a pan put the oil, add the bacon and the pepperoni sausage cut into cubes and fry until golden. Then add the chopped onion, garlic and chili pepper to taste, saute everything. Then add the cooked and drained lentils, mix well. Add the rice and mix well. Add the hot water, adjust the salt and pepper, let it cook until the water dries up. Soon after, just taste this delight.
