  • Coriander to taste
  • Scented Pepper1 unit(s)
  • Straw onion to taste
  • Olive oil2 dessert spoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Dye1 coffee spoon
  • Garlic2 unit(s)
  • Rice500 g
  • Water500 ml
  1. Cut the cuxá into very small pieces, put a pan on the fire, add the oil, let it heat up and add the onion and garlic to sauté, put the coloring
  2. Then the onion sautéed with garlic add the cuxá stir stir until the cuxá is very wilted well sautéed
  3. After the sautéed cuxá add the rice and stir well, add the salt
  4. Leave the rice for a maximum of two minutes to sauté and then two minutes add the water and cook for 10 minutes.
  5. After 10 minutes of the rice already cooked, add the coriander and onion straw and pepper, cover the pan and let it rest for another Three minutes on low heat.
  6. Ready to serve.
