- Rice500 g
- Water500 ml
- Cut the cuxá into very small pieces, put a pan on the fire, add the oil, let it heat up and add the onion and garlic to sauté, put the coloring
- Then the onion sautéed with garlic add the cuxá stir stir until the cuxá is very wilted well sautéed
- After the sautéed cuxá add the rice and stir well, add the salt
- Leave the rice for a maximum of two minutes to sauté and then two minutes add the water and cook for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes of the rice already cooked, add the coriander and onion straw and pepper, cover the pan and let it rest for another Three minutes on low heat.
- Ready to serve.
